If an animal is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local animal control first. This form is for secure documentation and care coordination, not emergency dispatch.
Your information is stored securely and privately. You can report anonymously if you prefer. We honor that choice completely.
Reports are reviewed by our care team with compassion. We take every submission seriously and handle each with careful attention to the safety of both the animals and the reporter.
